A must-have for hot and sour soup
There's a lot of it. When I opened the bag, I noticed a slight smell, so I pre-boiled it. I used it in bamboo shoot rice and chicken and bamboo shoot stew, and it was delicious.

Delicious, the taste is as good as Xinkangkang, but the bamboo shoots are more tender, even the thick bamboo shoots do not have much crude fiber
