First feeling after opening: I was cheated. As shown in the photo: it should be the worst part. Is this beef brisket? Beef membrane? Or beef fat? Speechless... Conclusion: Never buy again.

I didn't see any beef brisket; it was basically just a big chunk of fat and grease, inedible. Please have the inspector check it before selling it. If it's cheap, I won't show it; I'll just throw it away.
