Braise a beef tendon each time and cut a few slices to eat after fitness. It is very convenient.
Brought again many many times. Pressure cook in five spice sauce, then cut into thin slices. A must have.
I have never bought such a big sirloin. A lot of fascia was removed! The tendon in the middle of the beef tendon was so hard and thick that I thought it was a bone. There was a whole sirloin and another small piece of thick tendon in one bag. I will not buy this again. Too bad for the quality!
The beef tendon is soaked in blood water and marinated with sauce. It is very delicious.
I don't have a scale, so I don't know how much it weighs, hahaha, I hope it tastes good

I cooked tomato half-tendon and half-meat noodles in a pressure cooker. I cooked it on high pressure three times, but the beef was still quite tough. I probably won't buy it again.
