The beef was tender and the portion was generous (I added some mushrooms myself). The included soup is not flavorful enough, so you need to add oyster sauce to season it yourself
The meat is really not tough and very delicious. Remember to add potato starch to thicken it. I read other reviews saying that the taste is a bit bland, so I also added a little oyster sauce and mixed it well!
