Add large pieces of meat + the blended sauce + cherry tomatoes + a small amount of raisins + a generous amount of light soy sauce. Pressure cooker for 35 minutes. When the time is up, add diced carrots and a generous amount of raisins and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.

How I wish they were all 1.3 lbs! That would've been perfect and great luck for me. I am aware that you can get this weighing 0.8 lb to 1.3 lbs for the same price... unfortunately, I got mostly 0.8 lbs pieces ( 1 pc per pack, same price ). and only one 1.3 and 0.9 lbs. But it's ok because I love this cut of meat anyway. And it's a good quality. Will still buy it in the future.
