I feel like the sauce shouldn't be used entirely, it's too sweet and too salty, maybe it would be better if you adjust the sauce.
This time it's too salty, last time it was ok
As suggested by one of the other reviewers, I used the ingredients (without the sauce) to make a hot and sour soup, and it was quite good. The pork strips were very tender. At <$8, the price was very reasonable. I forgot to take a picture until just now, so second photo only shows the leftover soup. :)
