I can tell you responsibly that this is definitely not pork lard, it is just peeled lard, and the oil boiled from it is not fragrant.

I will definitely buy this again! Perhaps because it was frozen in July 2025, it was fresh, so there was no dripping when thawed, and the meat was clean and odorless, making it delicious to eat. It's also easier than grilling thinly sliced meat, which is great. I used it in fried udon noodles, but I think it would also go perfectly with stir-fried pork with green peppers.
