Dongwan Anchovy Broth Cubes are a very convenient way to make anchovy broth for soups and stews. They are individually wrapped, so they stick to each other. I use it when making Kimchi Jjigae.

Terrible review!!! I was misled by the video and bought it thinking it was the Japanese "Wei Ba" (the packaging is suspected of being copied), but after receiving the goods, I found that it was a counterfeit "Ba Wang" made in the United States.

I finally got it! It's in paste form, so it dissolves easily and is easy to use. It's rich in umami, so it makes a delicious soup on its own, but adding a little soy sauce or sesame oil makes it even more authentic Chinese soup I thickened it with potato starch, added beaten eggs, and made a delicious egg drop soup With this Ajinomoto, you can make any dish taste good.
