I thought Paldo Bibim Myun was a bit bland, but the addition of mala powder makes up for it.
I feel like eating noodles today, so I cook them. But if you don’t want it to be too spicy, you can only put half of the ingredients in it so it won’t be too spicy or numbing. The noodles are ok, not too thick, don't cook them too long. I prefer to eat coarse noodles.
