As soon as they arrived, I opened one and ate it, but it didn't taste very fresh (it had a rancid oil smell). It felt like it had been stored for a long time, even though it was still within its expiration date. Later, I thought maybe my taste buds are just sensitive, because after trying it a few more times, the rancid oil smell was still there, so I decided to throw it away. Next time I buy bread, I'll probably choose a different brand.
