The fish is not fresh! The fish meat is not soft and sweet. It is chewy like it was marinated with chemicals, bland (not bland with salt but bland with meat) and has a fishy taste. Will never buy again!

The claypot came chipped. Obviously there is no cushion for claypot and since it's cheap, the claypot is not study enough. I hope i did not eat the clay ?. The fish: they were fresh fish to start with becuz the meat is firm. It's light seasoned, and this left space for personal flavor customization. The idea of fish stew in a claypot is nice! But execution left much to be desired! Maybe manufacturers can skip the claypot and invest more into the fish and flavoring.
