The fish fillets arrived frozen, but each one was individually vacuum-sealed to keep them fresh and convenient to eat! Hope they taste good.

It's convenient because it's boneless, and the meat is very firm.
After marinating the ingredients for 20 minutes with black pepper, sea salt, and olive oil, put a piece of butter in a pan and fry over high heat for two minutes on each side. It's delicious.
Oven cooked! Pretty good
I've bought this many times. It's great steamed, stir-fried with seafood, or added to hot pot.
