The skins weren’t too thick to make gyoza. They didn’t get dry too fast like other gyoza/mandu skins.

I was a little taken aback when the dumpling skins were frozen solid, but after leaving them in the fridge for three or four hours, they thawed well and the dumplings were done! I think there were 30-32 in one pack.
