As it gets warmer, I crave cold noodles.
Sprinkle some seaweed inside, float some ice, and top it with sliced cucumbers, and you have a perfect summer^.^
I bought some before and made it for my son during the recent heat wave, and he said it tasted good.
It's a little sweet, but it's still delicious!
The noodles are chewy. The sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. (I added the katsuobushi separately and it is not included in the product.)

Well, honestly, it doesn't taste good... It doesn't have the chewy texture that is typical of cold noodles. It's okay if you eat it with the sauce as bibim cold noodles, but it's not that good with mul cold noodles. I don't think I'll buy it again.
I think I've ordered these noodles at least 5 times by now. they are great to make korean spicy noodles and korean cold noodles! I'll be reordering again soon!
