I’m an Indian, so chilli powder is literally an everyday thing in my kitchen I got this Aara Chilli Powder, and I’ve been using it daily in my cooking — like dal, sabzi, curry, masala, and even for quick tadka. The color is nice and bright, and it smells fresh when you open the pack. The spice level is strong but not crazy, so it gives good heat without ruining the taste. I also used it in my homemade namkeen/chivda, and it came out perfect — proper chatpata flavor like Indian snacks. It mixes really well and doesn’t feel stale or dusty like some other chilli powders. Overall, solid everyday chilli powder. Definitely buying again.
