Not my favorite but wasn’t bad. The texture was a little smoother than expected which was pretty good but the chocolate coating just wasnt my thing. It didnt have enough of a rich chocolate flavor and the black sesame in the chocolate threw me off. I wasnt expecting it.

If you can't finish it right away, defrost it for a while or it will be too sweet. I didn't look at the ingredients list but the chocolate outside seems to be a cocoa butter substitute. I probably wouldn't buy it if it wasn't on sale.

It's the kind of mochi that's a bit chewy and very fragrant. It's delicious. It's a bit like the mochi I used to buy at Sam's Club in China. Although it's not as fragrant, the texture of the ice cream inside is really amazing. I will want to repurchase it.
