This pork buns tasted nice. However, the pork content was small leaving a lot of empty space within the buns.
The handmade steamed buns are delicious, with a little soup, and the dough is soft and delicate.
I bought two boxes of steamed buns for a promotion. Overall, they are a bit unpalatable. First, the outside of the steamed buns looks like it is leaking oil, but in fact, the juice from the fillings has soaked the skin and made it taste bad. I have eaten half of it, and basically four-fifths of it is like this. Second, the fillings are not well seasoned. There are a lot of ingredients but it is not tasty. There is no hope.
The taste is authentic and very close to my childhood memories.
