Dragon Beard Vegetable: Heat oil in a wok, sauté minced garlic, add a spoonful of Pixian chili bean paste, stir-fry briefly, then add the dragon beard vegetable and stir-fry until cooked.
The seaweed was a bit old, so I removed quite a bit. What was left was just enough for one stir-fry. It was delicious, just a little pricey.
This garlic-flavored seaweed dish is a favorite of my whole family, and I'll probably buy it often.
