I saw other people's reviews on Weee saying this dumpling wrapper is good for making siomai, so I bought it to try. I cut a box of peeled pork belly into small pieces, chopped six or seven mushrooms, added brown sugar and sesame oil, braised them with June fresh red, and then fried glutinous rice to make siomai, and steamed them for 15-20 minutes. It's more filling than the ones you buy, and most importantly, it has meat, and it tastes good.
