I didn't expect the skin to be so thin; I filled 87 dumplings, and one of the wrappers was already broken when it arrived. I like to fill them with more filling, and I didn't expect the skin to hold its shape so well. I just don't know if it will break when boiled. I'll try it and share my experience later.
