I made tteokbokki with this rice cake. It was chewy and delicious.
Rice cakes are delicious. However, they seem to take longer to cook than other rice cakes. Soak them in water for a bit longer or cook them for a longer time. That way, they'll be chewy and plump, which is delicious. Otherwise, they'll be a bit hard. I used them as a topping for tteokbokki and dakgalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken).
