Cassava (Southern) or also known as San (Northern) is very delicious. I use a steamer to steam it so it's soft and delicious. They add a little coconut water so there are some sweet and some not so sweet parts. I want to buy more. Oh, but I'm just wondering why there's no expiration date while banh ú (same brand) does.
