Very clean! All small pairs have been removed, there is no gamey smell and very tender! Perfect for pickled pig's ears -- tastes very fresh and very crisp!

Throwing this away it smells really bad even after boiling it with salt, vinegar and putting in bay leaves. It smells like meat of a boar or male old pig

The pig ears were very clean. I used a pressure cooker to cook them for 30 minutes. After mixing them, they tasted delicious.

There was about 5 pig ears in one bag which I used for sisig and the others for papaitan. It was clean as well, so I’ll repurchase from here.

As soon as I opened it, there was a huge stench. I bought so many, but this one stinks! If I didn't want to take a photo, I wouldn't even want to open it

Making pork sisig…soon…

The pig ears are of good quality, basically clean with little hair, and the ear heels are small, which is satisfactory.

It's very cost-effective to make braised pig ears by yourself. After washing the pig ears, add ginger slices and cooking wine to boiling water to remove the fishy smell. Then put the marinade bag in the pot, add water and boil it to bring out the flavor, then put in the pig ears. I use a pressure cooker for 30 minutes, it's very soft, you can use a shorter time if you want something harder, then cut it into shreds and mix with seasonings, it's so fragrant hahaha

well packed and frozen and placed to a alluminum foil bag . well done and happy to received frozen
