The silverfish is good, but it would be better if one box could be divided into two or four portions, otherwise you'd have to eat one box over two days.

It was about the size of my little finger. I think it's probably not a sardine, but what we call "silver herring" in Japan. It seems like you can thaw it and cook it as is, but if you pinch the head and remove it, you can also remove the innards. I enjoyed it deep-fried and marinated in Nanban sauce.
