The 4 servings of soba noodles are packaged together. They may or may not freeze together. Very quick to cook. Nice dense, chewy texture. I know that it's not the correct noodles to use but I used it for naengmyun.

Who would have thought that you could even buy Okinawa soba in America...?
The noodles were chewy and delicious. They also tasted like Okinawa soba. The bag contains two servings, so if you want to eat one portion, you'll probably have to break the noodles apart with your hands.
