This is my first purchase. I think it's the perfect size for one person. I'm looking forward to eating it.

The cod marinated in Miso was divine!!! I cooked it with king oyster mushrooms and bok choy was was not as overcooked as it looks! The color darkened because if the marinade since I seared everything in cast iron pan.

I baked it in a toaster oven with foil in it. It was plump and delicious. I can buy silver cod at Costco, but I can't get Saikyo miso. Kyokuyo is amazing, so I hope they offer more varieties of products. (They don't need to spend money on boxes and packaging.)
