weee finally bought duck gizzards, which are usually braised!

This came frozen. I thawed it. There is 5 skewer stick included. It’s fully marinated and ready to cook. I didn’t bother with the skewer stick and went ahead to cook it. I stir fried it with bitter melon. Taste pretty good. Please follow, like, and support my videos
