Food is my savior! Every time I open the pantry and see so much food, I feel incredibly reassured. Not only are there a wide variety of flavors, from home-style dishes to international cuisine, but the cooking methods are also super simple. With just a little time, I can easily whip up a delicious meal.
You shouldn't eat too much animal offal, but I'm sorry, braised offal is really delicious.

The duck gizzards were delicious and very fresh; I made them into a braised dish but forgot to take a picture.
I dehydrated the duck necks, wings, and gizzards for my dog. The duck meat was incredibly delicious, and I would definitely buy it again.

This is my first time buying them to make braised duck gizzards, and they turned out pretty good.
It was all fat. See for yourself. It took me ages to remove all the fat, and it wasn't even a whole duck gizzard. I'll never buy from them again.

I especially like this chicken gizzard, so delicious
Using remote for size, came in with a nice portion of gizzards. It is spicy though, not just mild as it described. Cumin also gives it an interesting flavor and kick to it. If you don't like cumin taste or can't take spicy food, this one is not for you.
Love it so much, I bought it twice! The cumin flavor is very fragrant!
