Clean and conveniently cut down to size burdock root. Not so great looking at the ends, but they can be trimmed. Using for tea and a gobo/carrot stir fry. This smells delicious when freshly cut!
Burdock is a must-have for seasoned rice! So I bought it. There was a lot, so I enjoyed it in stews, stir-fried burdock, pork soup, etc. It's a familiar taste.
