Bought 2 packs for this week BBH dish for cold weather.
I got two packs good quality noodle
Before boiling, soak the rice noodles in cold water for 1 hour; this will make them soften faster and taste better. They have a long shelf life.
I've bought one before... I like this type.
This noodle is taking a little while to cook but I soak it in the water for an hour before boil it. It’s way faster
Exactly as pictured!
I prefer to soak the rice noodles in hot water because this type of rice noodle needs to be simmered for 10 minutes. Soak them in hot water for 15 minutes beforehand, then pour the soaked rice noodles into the cooked vegetable and meat broth and cook for three minutes before transferring them to a soup bowl for lunch!
I've bought from them multiple times.
