I've bought yellow croaker a few times. Steamed yellow croaker is very tender and fresh.
There are two in the bag. This one is a bit bigger, enough for two people. I'll make pan-fried yellow croaker tonight.
The yellow croaker was fresh. Unfortunately, the gills weren't cleaned thoroughly enough, and some gill and tooth residue remained (Figure 2). Hopefully, this will be improved next time.
