Love the cruch
Growing up, these were one of my favorite senbei. I love that it's sweet, but not too sweet, and you can taste salty without it overwhelming. Additionally, even though it's very crunchy, it's never a hard crunchy that hurts your mouth. Rather, it's crunchy in a soft way that slightly melts, and just as satisfying as an adult as it was when I was little.
Kabukiage is delicious as always. It's my favorite rice cracker.
