I always keep it in the freezer as it's an essential ingredient in miso soup.
It's a bit too close to the expiration date. If weee could honestly note that the price was reduced because the food was close to expiration, and the freshness and nutrition of this food would not be affected by the expiration date, I would buy it. But after the price reduction, I bought it and looked at the date, and it expired in early July. My god, it really looks bad. The reason I gave it two stars is not because of the food itself, but because I can't understand the price reduction mechanism.
I always buy this because it's cheap and delicious. Not only do I use it in miso soup, but I also mix it with mayonnaise and garlic powder and eat it on vegetable sticks.
