It's not the usual kalguksu noodles we're familiar with, but thin kalguksu noodles with a soy sauce base. I added zucchini, onions, and green onions and boiled it. It was a light and delicious meal.
It was so delicious^^ I have a child, and it was especially nice that the chili powder was individually packaged so only adults could sprinkle it on. I boiled two and shared them between two adults and one elementary school child, and each ate two more shrimp dumplings^^
It's easy to make and delicious for a meal.
I bought this after enjoying Veteran Kalguksu in Jeonju, and it's really similar! I think it's better to use less water than the instructions say, and you definitely need to beat an egg before eating. I'll buy it again next time.
