It was cleaned very well, and the size is just right; it's perfect for making a nourishing lamb hot pot in winter.
It's very fresh and the bones are easy to clean. Cooking white radish in a pressure cooker is absolutely delicious; the leftover broth can even be used to soak rice.

Great in quality and quantity
I saw lamb with skin on on Weee and immediately ordered some to make Xinjiang-style lamb pilaf. It was so delicious! My three kids all love it, especially my daughter who doesn't usually like to eat meat, but she ate two bowls of this Xinjiang-style lamb pilaf in one go, haha!

This fully cooked Beef Caldereta from Orient Gourmet is delicious. From frozen stage I just put it in a microwave safe dish, poked some holes on the plastic and microwaved it for 5 minutes. I took it to work today for my lunch.
Fork tender beef with potato and carrots not overly cooked.
It smells and tastes so good! I thawed it overnight in the fridge and heated it up in a pan. 2 thumbs up ??!

Oh geez the beef is so freakin’ tough and the sauce is thin and bland. Very disappointing. Never again.
