Can't use it to make water chestnut cake, it's very powdery and tastes terrible
The quality is similar to the water chestnut powder produced in China, but it is finer.

I bought it because it said buckwheat. I wanted to make soba noodles, so I bought Bob's Red Mill, but the grind was too coarse and didn't work at all. It would be expensive to have it shipped from Japan, and it's not sold in any Japanese supermarkets, so I bought this Indian product. I've heard that you can make soba noodles by grinding Bob's Red Mill in a high-speed blender, but since BP Gold is cheaper ($2.99), I decided to try that first. I'm busy with other things and can't make it, but I'll definitely do it sometime. I'll post a review once I've tried it. When I touch the top of the bag, it feels squeaky, like potato starch.
Delivered as expected

good quality, packed well.thanks wee for quick delivery really happy
Since I started to purchase Atta Multiple, it became my flour of choice for chapatis, and rotis. I purchased more than once, and will continue to have this in my cart as needed. Atta Multigrain is so simple to use,( just follow directions). The chapatis are soft, delicious and healthy. Here it is served with coconut choka and water spinach. Sumptuous supper. ?????????
