I bought four wild groupers at a time. I steamed one and braised one. The braised one was better than the steamed one. Steaming requires more ginger and wine to suppress the fishy smell. Fresh and good price.
The fish was fresh and tasted good. It came fully cleaned. One downside was the package says the fish is individually vacuum sealed. It is not individually vacuum sealed.
There are three fish in a pack, not yet cooked, hope they are fresh and delicious
