Very stable Mala Xiang Guo seasoning, delicious.
I lightly steamed the ingredients and added sauce to make mala xiang guo. It tasted just like the ones you get at restaurants!! I'm worried about the calories, but it was so delicious that I think I'll buy it again~
You can make it twice; I've had a great success making Mala Xiang Guo at home.
