Wow. Yes, that’s a half eaten bowl of ramen in the photo because it smelled so good, I forgot I had to take a picture before I started eating. I’ve had a lot of phenomenal restaurant ramen and a lot of disappointing instant ramen and this legitimately tastes restaurant-quality. I will definitely be getting this again.

Of all the Aji no Marutai products, Kagoshima Tonkotsu Ramen is my favorite and I buy it repeatedly.
The broth was very rich but not greasy, with a strong pork bone flavor and a smooth texture. The noodles were chewy.
This Kagoshima ramen is my favorite in this series.
