    The mix did not double it's size then when I bake them, it didn't rise up either! it will be my first & last buying this products. Very disappointing!

    As someone who has never baked bread before, this mix made it very easy! I don’t own a bread maker or a mixer, so I kneaded this by hand, which didn’t take long. The dough easily came together and was not sticky. This is a great mix for first time bread makers, because honestly, I think this is hard to mess up. I definitely messed up a few things (like proofing it for longer than it should, the dough forming a crust during proofing because I didn’t seal it well or coat the top layer with oil), and it still turned out well! $9.99 is expensive for a bread mix, but I’d buy this again, definitely!
