The Matsusaka pork I got this time was so huge I was shocked
The pork cheek meat I received this time was of the best quality
The ratio of chicken to meat was just right, but the gamey smell was so strong that the already greasy pork jowl felt even greasy. I tried sprinkling lime juice on it to reduce the smell, but it did mask it a bit.
Matsusaka pork is quite fatty. The fried rice is just the right amount to balance out the greasiness.
