The packaging was missing and the seal was not tight. After the ice melted, blood flowed everywhere. The beef was of good quality and medium in size. It was easy to eat after it was marinated with turmeric and stir-fried with perilla.

Do not buy this meat for hot pot! Doesn't matter how thin sliced it is! It came out tough, full of tendon. I don’t able to chew this meat properly. How they are selling it as hot pot meat is just wrong! What a waste of money! Expensive and disappointment.
