I used ground beef to make dumplings, added mushrooms, carrots, onions, and minced ginger, and used eggs, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little white sugar, pepper oil, and sesame oil as seasonings. I used North American dumpling wrappers bought from Weee. After making the dumplings, I froze them and divided them into the portions I wanted to eat each time. It was very convenient.

The beef ribs were thick and very tough. After pan-frying, I couldn't chew them. Pressure cooking would probably be better.
It is especially delicious when made into sweets, and children love it.

Do not buy this meat for hot pot! Doesn't matter how thin sliced it is! It came out tough, full of tendon. I don’t able to chew this meat properly. How they are selling it as hot pot meat is just wrong! What a waste of money! Expensive and disappointment.
