Low calories snacks… have to try it
The hard and crispy fried strips didn't taste much like mung beans, and were similar to the seasoning of those fried rice and chickpea strips in India, with some kind of fennel flavor that I couldn't describe. So I turned it over to see what spices were in it, and the ingredient list only said spice and condiment... But it was delicious, and I regretted not buying enough.
It’s salty, crunchy and has mungbean flavor. Would be better if it’s sweet. Ok snacks though
