I bought it as oxtail, but it was so small it didn't look like oxtail at all. And even though I boiled it with beef bones for a long time, the meat didn't get tender???

Just what it described! Not too much fat!
Not bad, although there weren't many pieces. Using a pressure cooker makes it very tender and soft; the meat falls apart easily. I added carrots and tomatoes as a base.
