After thawing, cut the small octopus in the middle with scissors, blanch it in boiling water, and stir-fry the colored peppers in another pan. Add the blanched small octopus before serving, stir-fry evenly, the fish meat is tender and fresh, and everyone in the family likes it.
All the vegetables that were ordered were fresh and very good.

Better than expected! Arrived securely packaged, frozen. Taste and texture were great. Fully pre-cooked and seasoned. Let thaw and cut to tiny pieces for takoyaki
Usually it arrives vacuum sealed, but this time it arrived not vacuum sealed. The octopus is moving around in the bag, so I'm not sure whether to eat it or not, as there might be small holes in it and it may have been processed quite recently.

I want to make takoyaki
I bought this to have a takoyaki party for the first time in a while. I usually buy a different boiled octopus, but this one was on sale, so I bought it.
I made nigiri sushi after slicing to pieces. I loved the taste and texture. I would purchase again.
There are two firm legs. I had it as sushi and in a salad of octopus and cucumber. I still have one left, so I'll make it into fried octopus or takoyaki.

It had two octopus legs and was soaked in water for a long time so it wasn't salty at all. I prepared soy sauce, soy sauce & wasabi, salt & pepper & sesame oil sauce, and the sesame oil sauce went the best. It had a chewy texture and was delicious. I wish the price would go down a little.

The only downside is that there's a lot of octopus frozen together and I'll have to defrost them together and that's a lot of octopus for just one sitting.

These are really good airfried! Makes it a little crispy on the outside but light and fluffy on the inside. A nice chunk of octopus in the middle. added bonito flakes, kewpie, sriracha, takoyaki sauce, and furikake on top!

Tasted good and very convenient. Microwaved for 30 seconds, pan fried till golden brown, plated, drizzle with kewpie mayonnaise and takoyaki sauce then topped with bonito flakes. As good as most Japanese restaurant here if not better but cheaper

Tasty and easy to prepare. We air-fried it for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Topped with takoyaki sauce, shaved bonito, aonori seaweed flakes, mentaiko mayonnaise, and that’s all. Will repurchase
