I always have these in the freezer when I want udon noodles. It’s easy to heat up and add to my dishes. The thickness of the udon is great.
This was my first time buying it, and it was delicious. It broke down relatively quickly when I put it in hot water, and was easy to handle. However, I personally found it a bit hard after 1 minute, so I boiled it a little longer. *When it arrived, the bag was already torn, so I immediately put it in another container.
I'm buying it to make stir-fried udon with squid or shrimp.
