I made chive pancakes with tempura batter and they were so delicious. I always make pancakes with tempura batter because I think they're crispier and tastier than pancake batter. Thanks to weee , I was able to eat delicious Jeon with my family at the end of the year^^

The flour itself has a lovely taste to it that adds to any dish, it suits even mackerel fish. I noticed that it has almost a mushroom taste thanks to the riboflavin and other spoces in the otogi flour mix. A light coat for pan frying is the best, didn't even need extra salt or flavor!

I made this pancake without the pancake mix, just with this frying mix and a little taro starch. I've made a lot of pancakes, but this is the only one I have in the picture. It's also small, so it's perfect for my house.
