Shrimp fries and pork cutlets don't taste as good without coarse Japanese breadcrumbs. I'll definitely buy them again!

Japanese breadcrumbs are easy to use and are great for deep-frying pork chops and prawns. First, use flour, eggs and a little salt to make a paste, roll the prawns in the paste, then coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry them in oil until golden brown. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
