I bought this in advance while ordering something else, but the expiration date is approaching, so I'll have to use it up quickly. It would be nice if you could send me something with a longer expiration date.
I used Shirakiku Panko Bread Crumbs to make Lion's Head Meatballs. This panko did an excellent job binding these tender, delicate, extra large meatballs.
I love that it has breadcrumbs. I bought it for tonkatsu.

First, use flour, eggs and a little salt to make a paste, roll the prawns in the paste, then coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry them in oil until golden brown. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
