This is delicious. Surprisingly, the steamed bun has a sweet and fragrant taste after chewing for a long time, which is very rich. This is a big bowl, and I can't finish it. I usually eat a bag of instant noodles, but I will feel full after eating 1/2 of this steamed bun. Don't eat too much.
It turned out to be a big, solid pot, hahahahahaha, and I was super full after eating it.
There is no meat, I added it myself, the taste is not bad, and there are two cloves of pickled garlic! It's good to change the taste occasionally!
Pao Mo is delicious and authentic. People in Xi'an approve of it.

It's OK, a bit like stir-fry. I think the steamed buns need to be cooked longer and soaked thoroughly to be delicious.
