I didn't expect much when I bought this. As other reviews said, there's not much "bicol express" flavor on it BUT!! THIS IS SO ADDICTING!!!! I just opened it today and I ate half of it already. I guess the bicol express flavor is kinda hard to achieve using smoke tinapa but the flavors are there. This is so good. I definitely will be ordering it again.

I was excited to try this, but was disappointed that it tasted sweet and that it wasn’t spicy even though it says Bicol Express! I was hoping for more flavor, but it was dry and was just not that great for me! I would probably sautee it with some Thai chilies or add them to my egg omelette!
