Throwing this away it smells really bad even after boiling it with salt, vinegar and putting in bay leaves. It smells like meat of a boar or male old pig
The pig ears were very clean. I used a pressure cooker to cook them for 30 minutes. After mixing them, they tasted delicious.
There was about 5 pig ears in one bag which I used for sisig and the others for papaitan. It was clean as well, so I’ll repurchase from here.
